I rang Safetots this morning wishing to buy an extra wide stair gate for my puppy. I spoke to Amy who was extremely helpful and sent links with the size of stairgate I would need. She even sent photos of the one she has at her house. After two further phone calls to her with queries I finally ordered one from her. She was excellent from the very first phone call through to the ordering. She was very patient with me and my queries.An outstanding experience! Thank you Amy!

Ordered a stair gate from Safetots as I couldn't find one anywhere else that fit the very narrow opening. The website was very clear which was great, and my order arrived the next day even though it was economy delivery so I am delighted. Will definitely use this website again.

Excellent serviceI was a bit bewildered by the options available for baby-proofing our fire place as grandparents'.I called Safetots and got some really good advice, made the order over the phone.The person on the telephone in safetots had an excellent product knowledge. Very helpful.This is the 3rd order I have made in two years.I would go no where else.

We have had the Safetots curved top stair gates in our home for a few months now and honestly cannot fault them. Not only are they stylish, they are functional and are super easy to open and close, (which must happen a million times a day!) and feel really sturdy too. Amy was super knowledgeable on the products, excellent and efficient with our order and we are very happy with our experience with Safetots. Highly recommend ??

Room divider received within 36hrs of ordering ( next day delivery not selected) during Christmas week, really well thought out design, excellent quality and easy to assemble.Very impressive service and company.

We first purchased various items including stair gates and a fire surround from Safetots in January 2016 - which are all still in use and going strong - and their customer service then was exemplary. Just spoke to them again to check whether a fire guard extension was compatible with what we bought previously. Their representative Amy was extremely helpful, and when I mentioned we no longer had the original wall fixing kit she even offered to include a replacement set for free. Couldn't recommend them - and Amy - highly enough!

Excellent service and brilliant product! I had great service from Emily by email, my order arrived next day and is great - I ordered a wooden screw fixed stair gate, a HUGE improvement on our metal pressure fix one. It looks fantastic, was easy to fit and is so much easier to operate.

If I could give SafeTots 10 stars I would. I recently purchased a wall mounted fire guard and from order to receipt of product have been blown away by the quality and speed of service. The product itself is fantastic and Amy was a delight to deal with over the phone.Should I have need of other products in the future I won’t hesitate to use SafeTots and shall be highly recommending them to our friends.
